The oldest of 4 children, Tristan was born in Penang, Malaysia, and he lived in Shanghai, China for five years before immigrating to the United States with his family in 2012. He has lived in San Diego ever since he moved to America, and was homeschooled throughout middle school and high school. From his sophomore year until his senior year, Tristan competed in speech and debate, taking home many awards.

Tristan is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in political science at Chula Vista Christian University, and plans to have a career in politics and government. He is so grateful to be a part of the Well Versed ministry and is excited to help bring biblical principles to government leaders and the people who elect them.

Besides politics, Tristan is also very passionate about soccer, his favorite team being FC Barcelona. In his free time, Tristan loves to listen to podcasts, watch movies, read books, work out at the gym, and help out at his local church.
