The National Gathering for Prayer and Repentance was opened and closed with Laura Bretan singing Amazing Grace and How Great Thou Art respectively.
Laura, a dual citizen of Romania and the USA, won first place in Romania’s God Talent and 6th in America’s got talent.

The National Gathering for Prayer and Repentance was reduced from 2 ½ hours down to 1 hour for airing on the Daystar Christian Television Network which took the event to 195 nations:
