Shie is a young professional with a background in policy analysis and international affairs, including living and travel experience in
Western Europe. Communication skills include German, Mandarin Chinese, Arabic, and Hebrew. Proven ability to manage
multiple projects and provide analytical support to the U.S. Department of State, National Institutes of Health (NIH), and
United Nations (i.e., UNICEF). Qualitative analysis skills in survey design, content analysis, and interviews. Quantitative
analysis skills in R, Python, Java, and Microsoft Power BI.
