We did not meet with the Head of State of Costa Rica, but we spoke before Members of Costa Rican Congress (some pictured here), the U.S. Ambassador to Costa Rica Sharon Day (standing by Rosemary), other elected and governmental figures, attorneys and religious leaders at the Congressional Building in San Jose, Costa Rica.
