A government printing paper money with no actual backing of gold (or something of high value) is deceptive and - due to the inflation caused by that - is thievery. There is a moral, ethical, and Biblical way for national economics to be handled. And there is an immoral, unethical and anti-Scriptural way for a nation to handle economic decisions. In summary, economics - national, corporate or personal - is ultimately a Scriptural issue.
